1. Acceptance of Terms

By subscribing to X-Art, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

X-Art is a subscription-based information service that curates and delivers grants, commissions, festival open calls, and other opportunities relevant to street artists, muralists, graffiti artists, and live painters. Access is provided via a private Telegram channel.

3. Subscription & Payment

The service costs $9.99 USD per month. Payment is processed securely through our payment provider. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to the channel until the paid period expires.

5. Access & Sharing

Your subscription is personal and non-transferable. Sharing channel access, invite links, or content with non-subscribers is prohibited and may result in immediate account termination without refund.

6. Content & Accuracy

X-Art curates publicly available information and makes reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy. We do not guarantee that any listed opportunity is still open, funded, or accepting applications. Always verify directly with the issuing organization.

7. Intellectual Property

All curation, formatting, and editorial content produced by X-Art is our intellectual property. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or resell it without written permission.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms. In cases of abuse or fraudulent activity, no refund will be issued.

9. Limitation of Liability

X-Art is an information service. We are not liable for any missed opportunities, failed applications, or financial losses resulting from use of or reliance on information provided in the channel.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be announced in the channel.

Privacy Policy

When you subscribe, we collect:

• Your Telegram user ID and username (to grant channel access)
• Payment information (processed by our payment provider — we do not store card details)
• Email address (if provided during checkout)
• Subscription status and billing dates

2. How We Use It

We use your data solely to:

• Provide and manage your subscription access
• Process payments and send receipts
• Send important service announcements

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or sell it to third parties.

3. Data Storage

Subscription and user data is stored on secure servers. Payment data is handled entirely by our PCI-compliant payment processor.

4. Third Parties

We use the following third-party services:

• Telegram — for channel delivery and user identification
• Dodo Payments — for payment processing

Each of these services has its own privacy policy.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your subscription is active, plus 90 days after cancellation for accounting purposes.

Refund Policy

Overview

We want you to be satisfied with X-Art. This policy explains when and how refunds are issued.

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your subscription for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial payment. No questions asked.

To request a refund, contact us at info@x-art.online with your Telegram username and payment date. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Renewals

For monthly renewals (charges after the first month), refunds are not automatically issued. If you believe a renewal charge was made in error, contact us within 48 hours and we will review your case.

How to Cancel to Avoid Future Charges

To cancel your subscription and avoid the next billing cycle, use the /cancel command in our Telegram bot before your renewal date. Cancellation stops future billing but does not trigger a refund for the current paid period.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of Terms of Service violations, including unauthorized sharing of channel access.
